 First Course

 ~ Salmon & Corn Chowder ~

Hearty, rich & creamy.

~ Smoked Salmon Crostini ~

Featured house-cured salmon served over Farm to Market baguette with lemon crème fraiche.  Finished with herb-infused oil & micro-greens

~ Roasted Tomato Caprese ~

Oven roasted plum tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese over lightly dressed artisan greens. Finished with aged balsamic reduction.

Split romaine topped with creamy buttermilk dressing, fresh blue cheese crumbles, tomato & crispy onion straws
